Q) What does UNIQUE FAN CLUB CODE mean?
A) UNIQUE FAN CLUB CODE means that the artist, band or show has a members-only Fan Club which issues a different password to each member. You will need to visit the Fan Club website to join and receive your personal code. When a unique passcode is used, it is usually an indicator that there is a fee to join the Fan Club. Fees vary widely but are generally in the range of $25 - $50. If a Fan Club uses a generic password that everyone can use, we will post it so that you don't have to join the Fan Club!
Q) What is a FAN CLUB BUNDLE?
A) FAN CLUB BUNDLE is an opportunity to join the Fan Club at the time of your ticket purchase. Ticketmaster will add the Fan Club fee to the price of your tickets and you do not need a password. This option allows you to see the tickets first and then decide if you want to spend the money on the Fan Club.
Q) What Does ALBUM PURCHASE mean?
A) This is when an Album Purchase is required in order to participate in the presale. Generally the price of the Album is added to your ticket purchase and no password is required.
Q) What is a UNIQUE iTUNES CODE?
A) This is unique code issued to those who buy the artist's album (or sometimes video or movie) through iTunes. Be sure to check iTunes in advance of the presale because sometimes you need to make your purchase and download well in advance of the presale date.
Q) What Are VIP PACKAGES, or HOT SEAT PACKAGES?
A) VIP Packages and Hot Seat Packages are tickets bundled with other package elements that vary from artist to artist. Some examples of the bundled extras include premium seating, parking, back stage meet & greet, early entry into the show, and commemorative items designed and signed by the band. Ticketmaster generally posts the VIP Package details on the Artist page. To get to the Artist page, click the name of the event on any Ticketmaster event page. The event name is always a link to the artist page. Generally no password is needed for VIP or Hot Seat Packages.
